What we process: company information from public registers (Companies House, the Gazette, SIRENE, BODACC, licensed German register data) and the business contact details of directors, managers and insolvency office-holders (name, role, work email, work phone), taken from public sources, company websites and B2B data providers.

Why: to contact you once, one to one, about licensing your company's operational data to micro1, and to record any reply or objection. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in business-to-business outreach (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR / UK GDPR).

Website: we don't use cookies or third-party analytics. When you follow our link to micro1, we record the click against the reference in our email so we can track the referral. Our emails are sent through Brevo, which records deliveries and may record when an email is opened or a link is clicked.

Retention: contact details are deleted 24 months after our last contact. If you object, we keep only your email address on a suppression list so that we never contact you again.

Recipients: our email service provider (Brevo) and hosting providers in the UK/EU. We don't sell your contact details or pass them to micro1. If you apply, you deal with micro1 directly.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection (including to direct marketing at any time) and complaint to a supervisory authority (ICO in the UK, CNIL in France, or your Land's data-protection authority in Germany). To exercise them, email saverio@exit-data.com.
